To Fly a UAV/Drone in Wascana Centre the applicant is required to provide evidence to the Commission of the following before a permit is granted:

Items that are provided by Wascana Centre are garbage barrels and barricades, these items are provided at no charge.
Provincial Capital Commission can provide up to six (6) at no charge. Users are responsible for erecting and staffing.
All other items specified (stages, tents, inflatables, generators, bleachers, portable toilets, security, tables, chairs, fencing and any additional structures or items) in the event application are the sole responsibility of the event applicant. All items to be used must be noted in the application for permitting purposes.
The Provincial Capital Commission surcharge per vendor is $125 per day. Food sales and distribution and event contact information will be forwarded to RQHR Public Health. All food vendors must be shown on map. Organizers must submit vendor application to Regina Qu’Appelle Health Authority – RQHR.
The City of Regina requires a building permit for any tent structures larger than 625 sq ft (58m² ) in size. The permit can be obtained through the City of Regina. Please forward a copy once filled out and Wascana Centre will sign off as the "owner". See Permits for Temporary Structures at bottom of form.
Overnight security is required and arranged by event organizer. Must be near a roadway. Must be shown on map. Location to be approved by the Provincial Capital Commission.
